Taking this diet shit seriously now. For so long I’ve been telling myself i need to get healthy and I’m gonna do it properly this time. I’ve already gone to having just one substantial meal a day with no drinking/snacking on shit (only fruit and water). Also having at least 1 hour’s exercise a day which will probably be either heavy skating or biking.

I hadn’t really thought a whole lot about it until now, but suddenly I’m terrified, I feel sick thinking about it. Don’t get me wrong, I am really happy I’m going but the reality of it has started to sink in.
I’m gonna miss my friends. A lot.
I’m gonna miss my Mum. A lot more.
